- A self-exclusion request made under the responsible gaming policy.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users are eligible to receive a 100% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus. Example:
- ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus may have separate terms — please read the relevant conditions before claiming a bonus.
- Using multiple accounts to exploit bonuses will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
- 4kbd reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
- A bonus is only usable in the account of the person to whom it was issued.

VIP Programme Terms
4kbd's VIP programme is divided into three tiers. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Silver — Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Gold — Up to 1.2% cashback per week.
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall participation and activity on the platform. 4kbd reserves the right to change VIP benefits at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the associated account.
